DEATH WISH WINGS
INGREDIENTS
- Vegetable or canola oil (if deep frying)
- 1 cup Franks Red Hot Pepper Sauce
- ¼ cup honey (to deaden the pain)
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Denzel's Fire Hazard Hot Sauce (or more if you can take it)
DIRECTIONS
Deep fried
- Put oil in tall pot no higher than half full. Oil must be high enough to cover wings.
- Deep fry wings until they float to the top of deep fryer or pot. (Usually takes about 10 minutes)
- Remove wings from oil and put them in a bowl large enough to toss them. It's probably a good idea to put some paper towel down first to absorb any excess grease.
- Remove paper towel and sprinkle some salt on the wings and give a quick toss. (salt helps the sauce to stick)
- Pour enough sauce on wings to coat and toss.
- Enjoy!
Baked
- Put wings and sauce in a zip lock bag and shake them up, if possible, marinate overnight.
- Place wings on a cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 425 ° for 30 minutes.
- Turn wings over and brush with any left over sauce.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Barbecued
- Put wings and sauce in a zip lock bag and shake them up, if possible, marinate overnight.
- Heat grill to high and sear wings on all four sides.
- Turn one burner off, place wings on that side. Slow cook and baste with excess sauce until done.
- Serve and enjoy!
