TEXAS FIRE SHROOMS

INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 cups fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 2 Tbsp Denzel’s Dangerous Goods sauce
- 1 tsp Denzel’s Fire Hazard sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Shish Kebob skewers
- ½ cup Mesquite smoking chips
- Shallow pan for wood chips
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter on low heat in saucepan; add all other ingredients except mushrooms. Clean Mushrooms and stir into melted butter mixture let stand for 30 minutes.
- Place Mesquite chips in shallow pan directly on top of BBQ bricks. Replace racks.
- Skewer the mushrooms, place on shish kebob rack. Preheat BBQ until smoke starts coming from the wood chips, place Mushrooms on top (warming) rack and cook 15 to 20 min on LOW setting basting mushrooms every 3 minutes with left over butter.
- Crack a cold one and wait patiently, crack another when you eat them, to help put out the fire.
