This is a really rich, earthy sauce. I roast the habanero's along with an obscene amount of garlic under high heat. Even experienced chiliheads can appreciate the heat level, so ya gotta be careful. The flavor makes it worth the pain. This one is great tasty in soups, stews, chili and sauces or even straight up on pizza.
