Jim, a friend of mine that owns a resturant called Tastebuds, asked me to make an Asian type sauce for him. He gave me some ginger, and I added a little sesame oil to a habanero mash, and WOW did it taste good! Blake was toying with the idea of a oriental label and basically had it finished before I even started making the sauce, so everything came together quite quickly. Like you'd expect, it's real great in stirfrys. It's intense flavours help us to win 3 Scovie Awards and an award in the Fiery Food Challenge.
