MADEIRA HAM STEAK

This is so easy and so tasty you'll wonder why you didn't think of it yourself.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ -2 lb Ham Steak ½ " thick
- Spray for skillet
- 6 tbsp Madeira wine
- 2 to 4 tbsp Denzel’s Peaches & Scream Hot Sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Spray a skillet with a bit of vegetable oil (Olive oil is good).
- Over high heat lightly brown both sides of the ham steak.
- Turn heat down to medium & add the Madeira Wine & the Peaches & Scream sauce.
- Cover and simmer for only 5 minutes but do not simmer too long or your ham steak will toughen.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, creamed corn & steamed broccoli
- Pour the sauce from the ham over the potatoes.
- Enjoy
HINT: When you add the wine and Denzel's sauce start with a little sauce and add until you have the heat to your liking. It may have hot sauce in it, but this recipe won’t bite you.
