Scovie Time

The Scovies, in case you didn't know are annual awards given out in Albuquerque , New Mexico , in recognition of the world's best hot foods and sauces.  Neophyte manufacturer Denzel's Gourmet Foods of Salmon Arm has been around for six months, but they scooped 3rd place in the World Beat Category for their Denzel's Kamikaze Hot Sauce.  Over 500 products were in competition.  Congratulations to Denzel Sandberg, head chef.
