HEALTHY OVEN FRIES

You can enjoy guilt free, oil free, oven fries.   Try them they’re delicious!

Peel the potatoes or just scrub them, it’s your choice.

Use any of the Denzel spice blends – they’re all good on the fries.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 medium sized potatoes, peeled or scrubbed
  • Denzel's All Purpose Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp (or a bit more, your choice) Parmesan grated cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the potatoes into ½ “ French fry style pieces and place them in a bowl with ice cold water.   Leave them in the water until you are ready to bake them.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F.
  3. Place potatoes on a paper towel to dry them.
  4. Sprinkle with salt (optional).
  5. Sprinkle generously with Denzel's All Purpose Seasoning.
  6. Place the fries on a baking tray lined with non stick foil or on a baking stone covered with a piece of parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, flip the chips and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
  8. Put them back in the oven for a further 15 minutes.
  9. They should be lightly browned and slightly puffy.
  10. Enjoy!
