PEACH & TOMATO GAZPACHO

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Peeled and chopped, ripe peaches,
- 3 Medium peeled and chopped, ripe tomatoes
- 1 tsp. (or to taste) Denzel's Peaches and Scream Hot sauce
- ¾ cup Peach juice
- ½ cup coarsely chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Puree peaches, add juices and hot sauce.
- Add the tomatoes, coriander, salt and pepper and blend.
- Chill
- Serve with plenty of Sangria and hummus dip and pita bread.
