STEAK ON STICKS


INGREDIENTS

  • Marinating steak
  • ½ cup red wine
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup Kraft Sweet and Sour BBQ Sauce
  • 2-3 fresh basil leaves chopped or 1tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp onion soup mix
  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Denzel's Southwest Seasoning
  • Favourite grilling vegetables (mushrooms, red peppers, hot peppers, etc.)
  • Skewers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together in sealable container.
  2. Cut marinating steak into 1 inch cubes.   (Make sure that you remove all outside fat.)
  3. Place in sealable container with marinade making sure meat is completely covered.
  4. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour, overnight is better. (The longer you marinade the more tender the beef gets.)
  5. Skewer beef with favourite veggies.
  6. Barbecue on low heat until meat is cooked.
  7. Enjoy!
